Appointments
Please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment for any cancellations. You will be charged in full with less than 24 hours notice.
If arrival is delayed, I will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Appointments missed by 10 minutes will need to be rescheduled and will be charged in full for missing the reservation.
Helpful tips
Hair length should be around 1/4 inch which is about the length of a grain of rice or about 3 to 4 weeks worth of growth for most body services.
Gentle exfoliation and moisturizing is highly recommended for cleaner results.
Please be sure to know what current creams, ointments, products, and oral medication you're currently using as some of them may be a contraindication to waxing. Ex: Retin-A, Accutane, Differen, Blood thinners.
